We’re pleased to announce that we have been appointed as the principal contractor for the full refurbishment of Odeon’s newly acquired 9-screen cinema. The project is set to complete in Summer 2025 and forms part of Odeon’s ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional cinema experience for its customers.

Project Scope

The upcoming works will see a comprehensive transformation of the venue, including a range of enhancements aimed at elevating both comfort and quality:

• New Retail and Concessions Areas: Refreshed retail spaces designed to improve service efficiency and the overall guest experience.
• Luxury Recliner Seating: All nine screens will be fitted with luxury recliner seats, ensuring a premium level of comfort across the venue.
• XL Screen in Screen 5: A large-format XL screen will be installed in Screen 5, delivering an immersive cinematic experience.
• VIP Suite in Screen 3: A bespoke VIP suite will be created in Screen 3, catering for a more intimate cinema experience with a luxury feel.
